You earn points for all eligible SMEG Major Domestic Appliances you sell. Smeg Rewards Points awarded are the equivalent to the sales value of each sale. For example, if you sell an eligible SMEG product for $5,000.00 you will earn 5,000 Smeg Rewards Points. 5,000 SMEG Rewards Points can be redeemed for $50 of rewards in the Smeg Rewards Store.
Click 'My Points' in the menu and navigate down to 'Points History' to see a record of your earned points.
Points are added on a weekly basis. If you think you are missing any points please contact us.
Points expire 12 months after they have been issued.
If you have selected an eGift card, you should receive this via email within 2 working days. If you chose a physical product, you should receive this via courier within 4 weeks. If you haven't received your order within these timeframes, please contact us.
Your past orders are shown on your Profile page. Click the drop down next to your name, then 'Profile', and navigate down to 'Order History'.
